Human Rights

In order to realize the value of respect for human rights, we have enacted the Declaration of Human Rights and are making efforts to internalize it in organizational activities and corporate operations.                 

Human Rights

We respect the human rights of executives and employees, as well as all stakeholders related to the company, and openly support the human rights principles laid out by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guidance on Business and Human Rights.

We prohibit child labor and forced labor, and prevent discrimination or unfair treatment due to reasons such as nationality, race, gender, and academic background. Various members with their own characteristics, such as women, foreigners, and the disabled, are supported to fully demonstrate their abilities without disadvantages among personnel systems such as employment, promotion, compensation, and retirement.

We are committed to ensuring that these policies are followed not only by us but also by our business partners. We have several participation channels to prevent possible human rights violations during management activities. Executives and employees can express their opinions to the Complaint Handling Committee or quasi-criminal monitors, and stakeholders such as suppliers can express their opinions through phone calls, text messages, and online VOCs (SNS, etc.).

We will check the matters that need to be corrected among the items received through these channels and take sufficient countermeasures. Handling of Complaints for Employees

We operate a grievance system so that executives and employees can receive counseling on their grievances easily and comfortably. All grievances are handled fairly by the Complaint Handling Committee appointed by the Complaint Handling Regulations, and posts can be selected by name and anonymous, and anonymity is guaranteed.

Diversity and No Discrimination

We do not provide unreasonable discriminatory treatment in recruitment, promotion, evaluation, etc. for gender, academic background, religion, physical disability, and any other reason. Every year, we provide education on awareness of the disabled, prevention of sexual harassment, and prevention of bullying in the workplace to all executives and employees and provide continuous re-education.

Human resource development

We provide training opportunities through specialized external institutions to help our employees strengthen their capabilities and continue to grow. In addition, in-house and online education are provided to ensure convenience of education, and autonomous education is provided without restrictions on educational subjects. Also, if you want to go to graduate school, we provide you with an opportunity to go to graduate school while working.

Social Dialogue

In order to create a win-win corporate culture through labor-management harmony, we guarantee freedom of association of executives and employees and promote social dialogue between each other. We frequently exchange opinions between labor and management and reflect the results in improving the workplace environment and working conditions.
